API Credentials can be obtained from SellerCloud. SellerCloud supports authentication via Bearer token.
Define Items in Odoo
Items defined in Odoo are automatically synchronized to SellerCloud instantly on creation and update.
Pull Orders
By default, Odoo will attempt to pull SellerCloud orders every 15 minutes. However, this frequency can be adjusted and the script can be auto-triggered by clicking Run Manually.
This scheduled action will pull in all SellerCloud orders and will dynamically create customers and products if they are missing in Odoo. The action will also automatically create invoices and payments based on the information from SellerCloud.
Fulfill Order from Odoo
When we first pull the order from SellerCloud, it is marked as processing because the order has not shipped yet.
However, once we mark the order as shipped in Odoo, it will mark the order as Completed in SellerCloud and adjust the SellerCloud inventory so that our online shops reflect the correct inventory amounts.
